3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 C milk
1 1/2 C flour
pinch of salt
2 TB butter
Preheat crepe pan with butter to melt it.
Lightly beat eggs and milk.
Add flour and salt.
Add butter when melted.
Add just enough butter to preheated pan to swirl around and lightly coat the bottom of pan.
Cook until bubbles pop and edges start to look dry, flip and cook for a few seconds more.
