¾ cup peanut butter
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder

3 cups old fashioned oats
1 ½ cup milk
½ cup miniature chocolate chips + extra for garnish

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 pan with nonstick spray.
Stir together the peanut butter, applesauce, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
Stir in the oats, cinnamon, salt, protein powder and baking powder. Add the oats mixture and milk alternately to the peanut butter mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips gently. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cut into 9 squares. Serve warm with honey and extra chocolate chips.
Store in a tightly sealed container on the counter for a few days.
