3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup + 1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1 large crisp apple
3 TB brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 pound bacon
4 ounces of goat cheese
8 oz grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 C parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper
Mince 3 cloves of garlic and add to a small bowl with 1/4 C of olive oil.
Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of oregano, mix together.
Wash and slice apples into this wedges and cook with 1 tsp of olive oil and pinch of salt on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add 3 TB of brown sugar, 1 tsp of cinnamon and reduce heat to low, cover and allow to cook 5-7 minutes, until sugar has caramelized.
Apples should be soft when done. Remove from pan and cook bacon over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until browned, but not too crisp as will also cook in the oven. When done let cool and chop into bite size pieces.
Place pizza dough on preheated pizza stone. Drizzle half of the garlic oil on dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan to uniformly cover pizza. Top with bacon, caramelized apples and dollops of goat cheese.
Bake according to dough instructions for temp and time.
Remove from oven and drizzle remaining garlic olive oil and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
