1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 C milk
1/2 C grated Parmesan
1 C bread crumbs
1 small onion, minced
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/4 C minced fresh basil
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat eggs and milk together
Mix all ingredients with large spoon or hands.
Form into golf ball sized meatballs.
Bake for 30 minutes.
