1 TB oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans chicken broth (30 oz total)
2 cans White Beans
1 can corn
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
splash of lime juice
Heat oil in large pot, cook chicken if needed. Add onion and garlic, sauté until onion is clear.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 min.
Serve with chips.
