Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 C sugar

• 1 1/3 C shortening

• 4 eggs

• 1 C milk

• 2 tsp vanilla

• 2 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp salt

• 7 C flour

Instructions

1. Mix sugar and shortening.

2. Add eggs and milk until combined.

3. Add rest of ingredients.

4. Chill for 1 1/2 hours.

5. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface. About 1/4 inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters.

6. Bake at 350 for 10 min.
