2 cans (8oz) tomato sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 TB dried, minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/4 c warm water
2 TB yeast
5 TB sugar
3 c flour
1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. It is best to let sit while you make crust.
Preheat oven to 425 with pizza stone.
Soften yeast in water (about 5 min.)
Mix well with remaining crust ingredients.
Knead on a lightly floured surface.
Cut into two equal parts if making full recipe. Roll out into circle and place on preheated stone or pan.
Top dough with sauce, grated mozzarella cheese and desired toppings. Only dress one pizza at a time because the sauce will make the dough soggy if you don't cook it right away.
Bake for 12 to 15 mintues.
