1 1/2 Ground Beef
1 Onion chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic
1-2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1-2 tsp Ground Oregano
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
30 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Sauce
1-3 C Parsley Flakes
8-10 Lasagna Noodles
1 lb Cottage Cheese
2 C Mozzarella Cheese
2 Cheddar Cheese
2 C Parmesan Cheese
Cook noodles. Put cooked noodles into cold water to keep from sticking together.
Brown ground beef, add onion, add garlic, black pepper, garlic salt, oregano, Italian seasoning.
Add canned tomatoes, tomato sauce and parsley flakes to meat.
Taste if enough seasoning. If your spices are older you will need to add more now. All the cheese dilutes the seasoning
Layer in 10 x 13 pan. Put a little meat tomato mixture in bottom so noodles don't stick to pan.
