7 eggs
1 C milk
1 C flour
dash of salt
6 TB butter
Preheat oven to 400. Put butter in 9x13 (more squared edges are better) and place in oven to melt.
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix with a fork. Use fork to smash flour clumps against edge of bow. Some clumps left is okay, make sure eggs are thoroughly mixed in with out over mixing.
Pour batter directly in to pan with melted butter.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Edges will rise and turn golden, it is done when the center is rising too.
